    Flop (Now what?)

If it's a numbered trail, sometimes it is considered a "road" and can be handled as such for insurance purposes. But, it depends on the state and the insurance company. I agree with everyone else, and I personally try and avoid dealing with insurance companies if at all possible, unless their is...

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

Yea, the right side is all traction all the way, I think people just psych themselves out at the bottom when they could easily make it. If you made the rest of the canyon you can make that hill.

Where did your Jeep take You this Week?

A couple of the Ford guys from work wanted to run Last Chance Canyon, of course they went to the Jeep guy to get them through. I'll call them "Bitchsquatch" and "Craptor". So we headed out with them in tow. Most of the shelf road that used to be considered the easy line is washed away now so...

Superchips Flashcal F5 for Jeep JT - worth or are there better options?

I know buddy, it was a joke, I'm trying to talk you into buying some one ton axles. Looks like you use your rig hard enough to warrant them.

Sorry, I was typing when you posted again. Yes, absolutely a wheel speed sensor will cause a lot of if not all of those issues.

Some codes you have to drive to clear, they will continually retrigger until the module they are reporting through (like the ABS module) determines the problem no longer exists. After my axle swap my steering wheel was waay out of center and I eventually got an ABS and traction control lights...

Order up a couple of Neapco Gold 1350 u joints to throw in your tool box as well. I got the sealed ones, they don't take up hardly any room and better safe than sorry, although I don't think I'll be breaking any of these. If you go double cardan you've now got 6 u joints under there.

I just switched from flashcal to Tazer. I honestly like the flashcal much better but Tazer has more things you can change, better support, and updates their products far more frequently than flashcal. I hate the Tazer interface, and having to do the two sleep cycle hokey pokey is stupid, but...

Anyone done "The Maze" in mid June?

Well, I was hoping to go this year, but it's either next week (too soon, work stuff) or mid June to get a reservation at any of the Dollhouse camp sites (for 3 consecutive days). I can see average temp history but my experience for areas like this (and places like the Grand Parashant/ Arizona...

Specifically I'm looking at the Doll House camping areas, would like to know what kind of high temps you experienced. I know everyone hates me because I have a dual batt system and I like it but I appreciate any feedback.

Any known parasitic draws on 2020 Gladiator?

The new Genesis system uses a solid state switch which doesn't require holding a solenoid closed, which is the reason for the draw on the old system. On a JL if you leave a door or tailgate open, or the fob too close to the vehicle sometimes the computer doesn't go to sleep and it can drain...
