I don't know the whole story, but these wheels are the same as the ATX Slabs. Only with the additional material on the rings. I have the Slabs and they have been great. No complaints.

Agreed. I have Signature Series bumper with the Halogen Lights. Over the years water, dirt, and bugs got into the light housings and both of the bulbs were broke. I emailed LOD about buying replacements or directing me where I could get them. These damn things are $50 a pair plus shipping...
