Yeah for us I knew our limitations. I did send them to non government schools which IMO is not as good as home school.

Credit score is the biggest disqualifier for clearances. The interesting thing is everyone I know with a clearance (DHS) they lose it immediately when they leave a job regardless. I think DOD you can keep it for a little bit.

Realistically this is how lots of features we take for granted today came about. Yeah they’re prohibitively expensive for the average Joe now but the price will come down eventually. Might never make it onto mainstream vehicles but I’d be willing to bet it does make it onto a lot of off road...
