I didn't like how the lower cross members were and the bends on the end made it hard to get square. I like this way a lot better and smarter order of building the lower portion.

Welded in the front cross member and welded in some supports to help stiffen the frame. Picked up some steel for seat brackets.

That turned out to be not such a good idea lol. The first seat support is ready to be tacked in and tacked on the windshield cross member in.

. Pinion bearing preload is set. A little on the high side but still in tolerance. Axle shafts in and torqued.

The differential is back together and torqued but setting the pinion preload is where I'm stuck. My impact isn't strong enough to crush the crush ring. I ordered another one, it should be here tomorrow.

Started the install of the new gears and locker. Checking the pinion depth. Think I need to take a few shims out.

. I took the old seats and cut out the floor, both were really bad. I'm waiting on my new seats to get here to finish the cage and start shock mounting. They got back ordered.

waiting on a ball joint spanner wrench to be able to press out the ball joints and take the knuckles off. Removed the shock mounts, the welds were pretty nasty.

I built the front control arms but I think I got the tube adapters a little too hot. Just three rod ends would thread in with out too much trouble. I got a left and right hand 1.5" x 12 taps to fix the problem.

Made some more progress. It was a pain and had to rework the notches. I think it looks aggressive with the windshield tube.
