Coffee Drinkers & Bean Grinders

I thought the owner was recently caught making donations to ActBlue - democrats
That’d be a shame. Been looking that up online and can’t find a clear answer, some say it’s true and some not.
yeah, without seeing the actual donation sheets, it's hard to determine what they've actually done
BJ Baldwin debunked this. Someone took a screenshot from the donation website, cropped it so you couldn't see the actual donor or amount. It looked like it was Evan Hafer and BRCC. Expand it to see who it was and it was an employee of BRCC who's owner is Evan Hafer and the donation was a couple bucks.

He’s about as trustworthy as CNN.

Just threw out the Nespresso machine out since it stopped working and switching back to French press coffee. Got this new Breville burr grinder again (had one years ago as well). Picked up a few bags of Ghost Town coffee since it’s locally roasted in Bozeman. It’s so much better than the Nespresso machine. IMG_0248.jpeg

Get an Aeropress. It's so versatile and fun to mess around with. Plus it makes a very smooth, less bitter cup of coffee thats lower in acidity. My favorite way to brew and what I use in my coffee pop up.

Thanks for that tip! I’ll look into it, we already had the French press which is why we just went back to it. Never looked into the aeropress before but I’ve definitely heard of it.

Agreed. The Aeropress is hard to beat.

But so is a nice drip machine that I can walk by in the morning. Hit a button and shower. Get ready for work and pour a cup as I walk out the door.

French press makes a great cup too. The nice thing about the aeropress is no steep time. Use a fine to medium fine grind, add hot water, stir for 10 seconds and press.

Yeah it does take an extra 10 mins for me to pull everything out, set it up, make coffee for my wife and I then put it all away. On rush days I hit the Keurig with a BRCC k-cup....haha. Brews while loading up.
