Thanks, I found a great contractor with a great team. They finished this in 10 weeks and mostly finished adding a shower stall in a bathroom as well. There was some weird dead space, so they moved the toilet and added this shower. *should note, this is a different house that the one pictured...

The big project for the summer is done! Except for a final few touches.

Getting some blue spruces planted today to add some privacy. The HOA is gonna be pissed 😂 asking for forgiveness rather than permission is easier sometimes. Plus, the turnover in the HOA department is so high, I don’t think they will completely notice.
