I don't think so. It says "Lethality of the Cartridge". For the same number of shots, the 0.45 was more lethal (more kills vs injuries per shot). I hope that being wrong does not make you feel injured.

Not based on the injury/kill bars in the chart which was provided. Certainly more kills, but that is due to popularity.

No, but in this case, defending myself is just the trivial effort of stepping two feet to the right, which I can accomplish in a single step. Or simply not intentionally stepping in front of the vehicle in the first place.
