    Don't know about the fake bolts, but magnetic body armor is a good idea if local trails are full of scratchy brush and you want to save your paint.

    I suppose the solution for this (in order to plan in advance and only pay once) is to buy wider axles now, and avoid the minor issues caused by less backspacing (or a spacer). Are there replacement knuckles which help with the offset vs ball joint issue, and avoid needing the wider axels?
