tanny and transfer-case maintenance

I was wondering what you guys use to change out the oils and such as well as how much each takes i think it might be time to chance them out!
 
here's a write up on the transfer case - I just use the mopar ATF+4, Chrysler licenses this formula so as long as you get ATF+4 you should be fine.

here's the auto transmission write-up - just be sure to have everything you need before... I usually take it to a lube center for transmission fluid change.
