200 yards away on roof? Witnesses are reporting they ran from the area after the shot but then realized there were no more shots and turned around and saw the police had the suspect in custody. Seems from the stories whoever they arrested was right there in the crowd. Shot placement seems more consistent with a sniper though. No way to steady that shot from the crowd without getting jumped on by others.
