Show Off Your Guns!

I haven’t heard of a single complaint that the Flux Raider has AD problems, which is interesting to me for several reasons.

1) it can’t really be holstered which means a poor fitting holster can’t activate the trigger and cause an AD.

2) it has its own trigger safety but I don’t believe that safety changes the actual sear, pin, or firing mechanism of the gun in any way. (If 320’s were truly firing without trigger activation of some kind, I would expect it to happen to a Raider too).

Perhaps the pistol didn’t fire on its own after all…unless of course the Air Force arrested and charged the pistol with manslaughter.

Note that you dropped the word "involuntary", which suggests he did not mean to do it. But perhaps he was engaging in unsafe activities.

Put it in to make you happy. No intention to mislead. Either way, the charge means human interaction was the proximate cause of death.

You don’t charge someone with involuntary manslaughter for setting a holstered pistol on the table.

Pretty shitty if this guy was fucking around with a pistol, blasted someone, then lied about it.

IF the charge is true, then at best this was a negligent discharge, not an accidental discharge. Hard for me to understand why that would be Sig’s fault or evidence that the P320 is unsafe.

Remember when dudes would kill someone and then put the gun in their hand to make it look like a suicide.. Sig has made it so much easier….Just set it on the table in a holster. 50/50 chance you’ll get away with it. 😬
 
I need some advice on a new pair of noise cancelling muffs.

My old Peltors finally died this weekend. They lasted 15 years so I really can't complain but I was wondering if there's another brand y'all like better?

Looking to keep it under $200... if I can still get quality for that price.

I've had a pair of these for like 15 years. Bought a pair for my son a few years ago. Work great.

Now I shoot suppressed most of the time so just adding the little orange ear plugs or a set of cheap muffs is all I find necessary.

@Ddays recently ordered and picked up some if I remember correctly he really liked them. But I think they were more than 30$.

I just got my set I had ordered at the drag races in June. They mold onsite and its what the drivers use in the nitro cars . Bluetooth speakers as well.
So far I really like them but I haven't been to the range with them yet. I bought them primarily to use on my zero turn as it's just stupid loud.
I continue to use a pair of over the ear muffs as well just because it knocks the dbs even more.
They were spendy @ $200 but I'm already half deaf and it was worth it for me.

Bonus being bluetooth I use them when wife is watching something on TV and I'm in other room listening to music. I'll likely use them during football season as well.

Other bonus since they're a precise fit is the comfort - I've had them in for 3+ hours a couple times & you don't even know they're in there.
