I voted for Ronald Reagan because things were really shitty and he said he could make things much better. Things did become much better.
I am not sure what is going on with Trump, but it seems that he has betrayed most of his MAGA voters, who were lead to believe that he would work to get government spending and debt under control. But that is not even close to what is happening.

Trump knows that making Elon out to be a "greedy billionaire" is an easy attack that a lot of dumb people will fall for. While I do agree with Elon, Massi, and Rand on cutting spending, I wish they would come out with a plan, instead they just repeat "no more money for anything ever". Right now, Elon starting a third party is the only way I see a democrat can win the next presidential election. Let Trump have his bill, that's what he ran on and that's why people voted for him. A third party is idiotic. That’s how we got Clinton and it will not fix anything- and will in fact make things worse. The third party will end up just as corrupt as the other two parties and we will end up like Europe with its parliamentary system of chaos. The socialists understand this concept and that’s why they co-opted the democrat party instead of running as the socialist party.
Soros has donated to the Libertarian Party several times over the years specifically to hurt the republican candidates where the race was close and pushed the election to the
democrat. It’s simple strategy.
Eliminate the 16th Amendment or nothing changes. Yes, it’s hard and complicated but our solution is not going to be simple or painless.
