Random (non-Jeep) Shit You’re Working On....

Damn, bummer. For the shower, you could elevate it and run a drain through the wall like a sink but for the shitter, you kinda need it to go through the floor.

How are you routing it under the slab?
The plumbing is all under the slab. I just had to chip some out to get the flanges in. Not a huge deal. Would be way worse if I forgot the plumbing all together lol

Been working on rebuilding my dock, It got destroyed during the last hurricane last year. I had just had a heart transplant, and I finally got healthy enough to get to rebuilding it, I told the cardiologists I was going to do it, I do not think they believed me. I am almost done now, I will be hanging my boat behind the house this weekend. I got the lift working, I will do the left side of the dock later, just want to get the boat out of the driveway and into it's lift so I can start using it again. My nighthawk is not just my toad to pull behind my motorhome, it is also my pickup. The little skiff is just down there for when I got started putting the first cross members between the pilings, and the floor joists out to them so I could get out and build it. It has taken a couple of weeks, doing it all by myself was challenging, the floor joists are 24' treated 2x8s.

Looks like a fun project. Paint that with the used motor oil from your oil changes. It will bead the water off for about a year. And its not as dark as one would think. I did it on a bridge over a creek in my previous houses. Worked great.

post-Moab, post rain yard work

Mostly lawn in the back; weeds, pinecones, pine needles in the front and running over cat shit... have I mentioned how much I hate fucking cats and the neighbors fucking pine tree that dumps ALL its shit on my yard.

Also, the cat lady's ivy is out of control over the fence again, getting a power hedger, tired of hand cutting.

My oscillating multi-tool has been awesome for the vine shoots that have crept thru the slats.

When I've trimmed all the ivy back, I'm feeding it root killer thru the slats, tired of that shit.

I'd rather drink moonshine than deal with this shit lol

😂 I have a neighbor that has some massive POS bush that grows over the fence too. I have on occasion sprayed it with weed killer. 🤣

Those look awesome. I've considered raised beds. I could never build anything that nice though. Did you have the number or have to buy it?
Have the lumber I’m guessing is what you meant? I bought it. I have a boat load of cedar in my property but it would have to be harvested and dried and all that.

Over the last couple months we’ve been working on getting animals back on our ranch. Chicken coops are now done, turkey coop is done and pig pen is finished being built. Need a little more paint outside and clean up all my tools.
