I Got this jeep with broken OEM front axle that have been swaped in U.A.E by not qualified persons the car gets stressed stuck when put to 4 hi amd 4 low after i found as the build sheet i found that the axle ratio on the jeep must be 3.45 with overall top gear ratio now i have problem with front axle ratio its not M186 axle either its been swapped for bigger axle may be a 44 but does not include e locker as pics atached to post can you determine what axle i have on front i need to swap the ring and pinion of the front from 41-11 (3.73) to 3.45 (38-11) in order to make the Jeep run properly on 4 hi and 4 low if i try any one of them i have stress on the acles due to diffrent axle ratio and the front one is 41-11 i must change it to 38-11 teeth (3.45)
Any help would be great thanks amd regards

Did you do any research? Literally any? 41-11 is 3.73 gears. 41 divided by 11 is 3.73.
I know that but i need to change the front axle ratio to 38-11 (3.45) to be same ratio as the rear axle but my problem i can not recognize what is the front axle its not a dana 30 and maybe it is more like a 44 with out locker i am confused i bought m186 38-11 ring and pinion amd its smaller in dimension amd i cant install it to the front axle housing

If the front axle is 3.73 and the rear is 3.43, change the rear to 3.73. That will give you a better gear ratio.

Better yet, change both to 4.10. 4.56 or 4.88.

If you show us a photo of the diff cover, someone should be able to identify what axle housing you have.

Is it possible you bought a Dana 44 from the front of a Gladiator truck? The Gladiator has the same front suspension as the Wrangler. The number stamped in the cover shows it’s a D44 based on a Google search.

The front axles on the gladiator were D44 and the non-Rubicon models wouldn’t have had lockers.

I can swap the rear axle but i need to reprogram the pcm i dont have teaser if i could understand what is the front axle housing i would have bought the ring and pinion and installed it to finish this night mare 🤕

English isn't his first language. So give him some slack.

Also, where he is he may be very limited on what he can do.
True i bought 186mm front ring and pinion with the shipping to my place it cost me 750$ and the ring and pinion is 38-11 (3.45) but is much smaller in dimension then what i have 🥴 i think its a Gladiater front D44
