Experience with Allied beadlocks?

Caught the Bug
Anyone have any experience with Allied Beadlocks? They’re a steel wheel.
I have a lead on a set of 5x5 with 40” procomps that I could get for $1,200. Obviously I don’t need 40s so I’d sell those and make a little money back. Curious if this deal is worth it.
My plan is to eventually get on tons within the next couple years so these would be semi-temporary

If you can sell the tires I’d say just do it. Not bad price if you can get the right $ for the tires.
 
Thanks guys! This set seems to have a custom ring on it, I’ll post a pic tonight after I pick them up!

They’re the Allied Rock 8 with a custom ring that recesses the bolts. I’ll be repainting these rings, but haven’t decided on a color yet. Any suggestions?
