Is a 3/8 synthetic line with a 16,000 lb rating okay for a 2 door fully loaded?

On what winch is this rope to be used?

Most stall out way before that.

Most 8k winches have 5/16 on it, being synth or steel.

Under normal operation, 3/8 is more than enough for a Jeep.
