Will the 2013 jk Rubicon bumpers rust?

The reason I'm asking is because the dealer I bought it from screwed 4 holes in it between the fog lights and if its possible they can rust I'm gonna have they replace the bumper. Or at least compensate me.

The stock bumpers are mostly made out of plastic. Not much there to rust.

Both of those are correct. The holes are for a front plate and its plastic so it can't rust.

Unless it's the Anniversary Edition. Aren't those all metal? My screws rusted and I just replaced with stainless steel ones.

Well in my state a front license plate isn't neccesary. That's why I was pissed when they screwed the holes.

They all do it as a matter of "prep" of the new vehicles. This is why I specifically told the dealer no front plate or dealer stickers on mine when I ordered it. Ended up with some cheesy tow hitch badge insert instead, which I promptly tossed.

Mine was the same way they put four screw holes in the front with their dealer plate. I promptly debadged mine of all dealer stickers including chucking the tire cover as well.:thumb:

Yeah, mine had the worst dealer spare cover, so ugly my wife took it off at the dealership lol.
