Who manufactures the Oscar Mike bumper for FCA?

Like the title says, who makes the bumper for Jeep? I have a 2015 JKU sport and want to put a winch on it and have found a take off from a 2018 OM JKU for a decent price and was wondering if it was worth the price. Might be able to get it with all mounting hardware and LED fogs for between 2-3 hundred.

Oscar Mike's came with the same Tupperware bumper the rest of the wranglers (with the exception of 10a/HR of course) came with...did it not?

My 2017 OM came with same bumper as most jeeps except it had silver insert in the middle section instead of all black.
