What bumpers do you all run?

I prefer the stock steel bumper for looks & It seemed to hold up pretty well too. I did break the plastic covers off a few times and glued them back in but eventually they looked trashed and were something like $70 each back then which was the main reason for switching. There are probably aftermarket solutions for those covers now.

There were also a handful of times where the stock sway bar skid seemed to hang me up on approach so I decided on the EVO 1/4 pounder and sway bar disconnect flip when I finally got a replacement.

Evo quarter pounder front. high clearance rear.

Your front bumper choice really should depend on where you plan to drive most.

If it's mainly going to be a pavement Princess, then all of them are in play.
Personally I picked Rock Hard full width for protection from idiots that don't know how to drive.

If it's going to be off road a LOT, you want a stubby bumper. Allows for articulation, clearance from rocks, trees, stalled Toyotas.

With you having a diesel, you're already heavy in the front and have more sag than a gasser. You might want to look at aluminum to keep the weight down.

Whatever you choose, choose it because you like it and make the JT yours.

I can’t remember if it was on here or JLWrangler, but one dude got the winch mounting plate, dremelled out the plastic bumper and it looked awesome.

I’m still running the plastics. I figure I can get a replacement cheap off all you guys who upgrade! I also like all the fancy orange Mojave tow hooks.

In the front I have the Reaper Immortal F1 stubby. When I can afford it I’m planning on getting their rear bumper.

Evo Pro Series because I'm Pro... It looks fast sitting there. Made in the USA from the hulls of sunken Japanese battleships. It has a lower radar cross section than an F22 Raptor. The paint has resisted chipping from many Target shopping cart impacts. Yes, I would recommend this item to friends and family.
