just as the title states, im curious to know what kind of gear oil yall are using for a 2014?
i looked under my jkur today and noticed a little puddle of watery oil and thought i bent a tube up front. but looked a little closer and noticed my axle breather tube popped out.
so i was a little concerned about it seeing as how it had been raining pretty bad a few days ago and figured i might have gottin a lot of water in there if it happened before the rain started.
so what i did was went straight to an autozone and bought the first thing i saw that was recommended by the owners manual. 80w-90 apl gl-5. so the best thing i saw was valvoline high perfmoance gear oil.
i was just curious to know what you guys are using before i change the diff oil with the valvoline tomorrow.
any suggestions on anything else, or why i should/shouldn't use this brand of oil?

Edit: found exactly what i needed!
go figure, did a little more searching and it was right under my nose .
