Is there a way to stay logged in on the app. I have to log in every time I open it to view pics. Thanks in advance for any help. I couldn’t find a topic on it, sorry if there is one already....oh..I’m on iOS.

Maybe it’s something in your settings. Mine keeps me logged in, all the time.

The Android app also stays logged in. Every few months it asks me to login again. Maybe some security policy?

check your safari browser... you may be set on "private"

Assuming you are using our web app, make sure you're visiting WAYALIFE using "https". As in...

https://www.wayalife.com

Create your web app link using that URL. Also, make sure to check the box that keeps you logged in.

I never did I either. I think they were directing people to a web base because of some changes. I was getting a lot of pop ups and advertising, but it has gotten a lot better.

It’s all in this link. Basically, Apple has been a little heavy handed toward independent apps, and support for the Apple app could end, at any time. I know it still works, because I use it, as well as the new mobile app.
