2015 Rubicon Hard Rock Edition ordered last October. Initially added a Warn winch, AEV tire carrier and AEV fuel carrier and
started wheeling locally (Rohrer Flats). Added a Gobi Stealth roof rack for hauling gear and went to the Big Bear Jeep Jamboree last May. Being impressed with the capabilities of the JK, I signed up for the intermediate trail and was blown away by what a stock wrangler can do. I survived with a broken hitch light, dented skid plates, and a leaking rear differential, but
knew I wanted to do more so I embarked on the following build which was just completed. 3.5" Rubicon Express lift, Rancho
9000xl adjustable shocks, 35" BFG AT KO2 on black 17" steel wheels, Rancho front and rear differential rock sliders, LED light bars on the front, sides, and rear, oil pan skid plate, Viair compressor, and a Bubba Rope. Work in progress is a Jeep trailer
converted from a Lowe's 3.5x5' utility trailer.
