Undercoating?

Any one ever undercoat the inside of their jeep?? If so what's the easiest way any hints, pics thinking about doing it myself but don't know if that's the best option.
 
I did Bedliner in my TJ. Take everything out, rough up the surface and apply. It was easy and I never had any issues.
 
I ordered the Raptor kit off of Amazon, I believe if you search for it there is a right up on it and thats what that guy used. It looks like it comes out very nice
