Trails close to the VA state line.

Looking for trails close to SW VA, some close to the state line over into TN, KY.

Ive heard of spear head trials in st.Pauls VA. Though looking at it online it appears to be more for atvs. There is also a place in bristol VA but I can't find the info I had on it.

Unfortunately most of the trails here have been closed from environmental impact, I.E. people not taking care of the trails.
