Trail welding

Came across this on the internets. While I would do things a bit different, thought it was worth sharing for those who might be curious about trail welding.

The post on Facebook was getting alot of hate but let's be honest. If it came down to it...that will get you off the trail in a welding scenario

I've seen a former Co-worker of mine do the same thing with a nail lightweight leather gloves and 3-4 pairs of sunglasses on. It worked in a pinch. He swears by it and always carries welding rod and a hood with him on the trail.

It's actually legit. Takes some practice but works when in a jam.

Yeah it's the kind of thing you can easily practice in the garage
