Trail dash 2 help

I have a trail dash 2 in my 2008 jku Rubicon and it is working fine but randomly my dash will ding like a dash light came on but there is nothing their. Does anyone have this problem? I called supper-chips and they just said it not the unit cuz it would happen all the time. Take your jeep in have it looked at. There is no codes and Jeep is running fine

It isn't the trail dash 2. I have the same thing going on and my gascap loose just popped up. Check your evap lines from the tank to see if a line is cracked
