Toyo Open Country 40x13.5 R17 - Is this just a big 37" tire?

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a set of Toyo MTs, because it looks like this tire is a big 37" or small 38". I found this post (https://wayalife.com/showthread.php...-SIZE-Database?p=663523&viewfull=1#post663523) from Eddie, so the tire measure 37,25".

I don't want to go with a big 40" tire like the Cooper STT Pro. So, can someone else confirm that the 40x13.5 R17 Toyo MT is very small? I also looking into the 39x13.5 R17 KM3 - but its 83€ more per tire. The Km3 measure 36,8". so its also a big 37" tire. Maybe you guys know some other 38, 39 or 40" tires who measure about 37" mounted?
