Tons of pressure in valve cover

Hey guys ifk what's going on but I have changed the pvc and breather valve rebuilt the head and everything and can't seem to figure this one out? I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I just am stumped and it's not at idle? And it doesn't happen all the time? Maybe someone has fixed this before but I am lost now any help is greatly appreciated.

Tons of pressure in valve cover like blowby? Have you checked compression or done a leak down?
 
I have looked and looked and can not find a cracked hose, I replaced all of them when I rebuilt the motor and put now clamps of them, also my compression it's great 123 is lowest in cylinder 4 the others are 125 and I haven't done a leak down test yet though
