Hey guys, I haven't posted really at all here but I thought I would document my mods and adventures here.

Day I bought her (used 08' with a 2.5" and 33" tires on 17" wheels, K&N intake, magnaflow exhaust):

Slowly started to take the ugly chrome covers off everything :naw:

Jeep is on a Teraflex BB kit with shock extension bracket. Took them out and added Fox Racing shocks.

Painted the front and rear bumpers all black as it was pretty sun beat.

Took off the mangled decals (may or may not replace them eventually)

Added red LED's to the dome lights and add red LED strip lights to the footwells.

Also just ordered new front and rear bumpers as well as picked up some stock black fender flares that are going to be cut! :rock:

There is a big cluster of wires in the passenger side foot well that goes back to the dome lights. I believe its a gray wire with yellow stripe in that huge cluster of wires.
 
New bumpers will be here tomorrow and the fender clips will be here in time for the weekend to cut the stock black flares I got. Soon the beast will look much different.
 
Got my new bumpers in! Went with the Smittybilt XRC front and rear bumpers as 4 Wheel Parts had a deal to buy the front bumper and get the matching rear for free.

Had some trouble with the spare tire fitting with the stock tire carrier so it was removed until I can get a relocation bracket and ultimately a new tire carrier. :doh:

Next up is to cut the stock black fenders I picked up :rock:

Next up will be a bunch of small mods to keep me busy while I save for new tires and start upgrading all the suspension components. :thumb:
 
Got some more interior projects done! Painted all the silver plastic pieces.

Have black and red seat covers on the way as well. Also on the way are a set of black d-rings with red pins and a set of red d ring isolators.

Next up should be a winch and cube lights. Then to save up for new tires and suspension upgrades :rock:
