TJ verses JK axles

Is there much difference between a TJ axle verses JK axle. I have not physically seen a LJ axle but the pics look the same.

I just sold my LJ and picked up a JK. I can tell you the TJ axles are narrower, but other than that Im not sure. I have heard the JK's axles are stonger than the TJ axles. Im not sure if it has to do with spline count or what. I'm curious about this also.

As mentioned, the TJ axles are much narrower and are low pinion. The JK axles are wider with beefier shafts and are high pinion. They are pretty different.

Are all the JK Axles built that way or just the Rubicon Axles?

They are all made like that only the rubicon has a front 44 differential and shafts that are beefier than what came on the TJ rubicon.

If im looking for axles for my Tj what models should I look for other than Tj axle I'm looking for a 44s or maybe a low pinion 30 I'm not sure

Try to get 44's. Ford 8.8 are good if your mechanically inclined.
