Tire Price Rant

So, I got new 37's this week. AT's, C wall ON SALE.

Knew it was going to be a little spendy and took it in stride.

NOW, the Wife left to go to store a while ago and came right back. Flat tire on her ScoobyDoo. Got the tools and went out and put donut on.
Wrote down tire size because she had a drywall screw in the side and saw she had like 2/32 tread, so new set of tires.

I look and price and settle on a set of Firehawk All Season tires (225/55R17) and the cost ALL IN for the set mounted and balanced and disposal fees and taxes and Road Hazard (Yes, SHE needs that) was LESS than 1-1/2 times ONE of my tires.

Lol

tires are pretty nasty now, among other things. I wanted to pick up a matching spare for the TJ but they quit making the tires on it so priced a set of 33's. No Bueno. F that. I'll wear the crappy ones out & get a spare for what I want next.
