So I just instead a tire carrier on my jk I have 35s but I’m about to put 37s on my ? Is dus this look like I have my tire to hi up

Should be fine for 37s! A little high for 35s, but hell I put my 35 at the 37 setting for my tire carrier so it wouldn't drag on ledges.
