I do not know what they are, but last night they were flying around our Scott bay behind our house. I live down in Baytown TX, We saw as many as 6 at one time, just as described, quiet, but not silent, nav lights, sometimes with white lights out front, they would have them on, then off, and sometimes super bright. I live on the San Jacinto river between Houston and Baytown, with Exxonmobil to the east, and many refineries on the other side of the Bay (and ship channel), and they were covering the whole area. We could not hear any engine noise, nor propeller, or rotor blades beating the air, but not silent. I would guess they were flying around 1000' above the water/ground, and I would guess around 45 mph or so. They were at least the size of a car, and would slightly bank when changing course. No orbs, or other crap, just aircraft that I have never seen before. If they were not government operated, I guarantee they would have been brought down. The refineries here are secure protected.
