The wait

The wait kills ya. I remember when I ordered my JK I waited a month and still didn't receive anything about my jeep being built from jeep. Went back to the dealership and they forgot to submit my order!!

I ordered my 2012 JKUR as the factory was closing out manufacturing for the model year. My dealer got a delivery date from Jeep and the salesman forwarded updates. I just about pissed myself when the build started and when it rolled off the line, passed final inspection, and left Toledo. It arrived one day early. We live in Colorado now, but when it is soon time to step up to the new JL , we will return to the same dealer in Arizona and do it again, probably during the winter months.
I hope your dealer treats you like you’re important, and if they do, the time will be almost bearable, and you’ll be a repeat customer. It’s sad isn’t it that lots of dealers haven’t figured it out yet.
