I hate this PC shit. I actually work with a gay guy who couldn't care less about a gay joke or innuendo because that gives him the green light to send his back. Only thing is he's not joking and it makes most wish they had never said anything...haha. If only more people could just take life in stride like him. I do understand true discrimination and that something I'm not ok with. I must say none of us at work care about his sexual orientation or at the very least don't openly display it.

Couldn’t agree more. My brothers gay and I make jokes all the time and maybe because he’s my brother it may be different but just gives him more opportunity to joke back… We all laugh and get on with our life’s how it should be…🤷‍♂️
 
Okay, here's one that I got from a guy named L M. Apparently, he's a US Airforce Load Master who pulls big things into big planes and so he's an expert when it comes to using a snatch strap out on the trail. To that end, he recommends that you put something on a snatch strap when pulling a vehicle because it can become a deadly projectile if it were to break. 🤪

He’s talking 27 tons. You are talking about 3500 pounds. Not even close. And he is talking about pins. There is no pins in your scenario so it doesn’t apply.

LOL - just posted up this video and already got a guy named Joshua KAZ Fields telling me how I did things wrong based on what he apparently sees in our video. Never mind what is stated in Synergy's instructions or how things feel post install - he's clearly right and I am wrong.

What's really unfortunate is that I forgot about what we show in our own video. And, that is this - a final shot of what the sleeve looked like after being installed.

I went back and watched that part too. I would have done exactly what you did. Torque to spec. Then if castle nut isn't perfect, I would go tighter rather than looser. Sounds like this guy is getting worked up over a whole lot of nothing. Before and after pictures look the same to me too. If steering feels good, then it's all good IMO. You could always put a prybar under the tire to make sure there's no play, but I doubt there is being you torqued it and then when even a little tighter on the castle nut.

Yup. If things were off, I think I would know it by now LOL. Also, I looked back at our old Dynatrac PR44 video and see that this is exactly how they installed the sleeves too. Can't say that I've had any problems over the last 3 years. But, I'm sure this guy is gonna go around on the internet telling all his friends how I was wrong and he was right and how I laughed at him. 🤪
 
LOL - I'm not sure what it is about tire pressure that brings out all the internet professors but they always have a way of coming out of the woodwork whenever we do a video that shows any wheeling on rocks... even years after the fact. Here's one that I got from a guy named Parker and it was to school everyone on our New Year's run on how we should be running 8 psi, even on rigs without beadlocks. You know, because a squishy tire is the only kind of tire one should be running on the trail and making an obstacle easier is the only thing that's important.

Lockers also would have helped. And I’m pretty sure I was down at like 8. It’s a light weight two door. And Parker, it’s yellow, fuck off fag.
 
LOL - here's one that I got from a preacher named Kevin Smith who chimed onto our Off Road Basics video to tell me, among other things, how sway bar quick disconnects would be better. You know, because I didn't say as much.
