IMHO the only long arm setup I'd consider would be a weld on one. Bolting one on until you got it welded would be ok but not as a permanent install. If you're going to make the investment in a LA kit, I wouldn't consider one that didn't have high clearance mounts, especially in the rear. If not, be prepared for them to catch on obstacles constantly. I did the standard EVO LA kit on mine a couple years ago because the high clearance wasn't available as a kit. It was a constant pain in the ass on any rocky trails. Like dragging two shovels around. I just had the high clearance mounts installed and holy shit what a difference. Also, I wouldn't personally consider doing a LA kit that switched the front to a 3 arm setup. Clayton does this and I think someone else does too.
Doing a LA setup is a hefty investment - I wouldn't do any other one than the EVO high clearance one if it were me. :twocents:
