It looks like they've been on the jeep for a while did it just start happening? Maybe your reverse switch is getting constant power

Lights are fairly new the screens just rusted quickly started happening today right after I went through a mud puddle

I would start with checking plugs at the transmission could have gotten water into one that's making power through
