Tailgate hinge bushings

One of the bushings in one of the rear hatch hinges is shot. The back door rattles like crazy when going over my bumpy dirt road.
I've looked on Amazon to buy replacements but can only seem to find bushings for the side doors. Are these bushings replaceable? If so, does someone have a link?

Having taken apart my hinges to use the door side for my after market tire carrier i do not believe the bushings used are replacable. However quadratec has the crown equivalent for 35 bucks each. Youd just have to have them painted it looks like
