Tahoe trails

I'm not only looking for easy trails I ran slick rock solo the other day. I just want something I can run in 4 hours or less

You might be able to run the Tahoe side of the Rubicon Trail to the observation point above Cadillac hill. In and back out. 4 hours should be close.

Burnside Lake, just south of Lake Tahoe, great quiet lake full of trout, nice afternoon. Fire road in and out with a side moderate trail to an old miner's house and mine.
Great fun.

havnt read the whole thread but if no one has said it yet twin peaks is short and has some fun obstacles. follow the trail markers for the black diamond trail

We are full of smoke up here. I'd pick something further west if it were me.

Blackwood Cyn., Ellis Peak is a great moderate trail. I ran this trail solo last summer and had a great time. The view from Ellis Peak was awesome.

Definitely a Slick Rock. Very short very beautiful and you can do it solo in few hours.
