Hey guys,
Has anyone had experience with this product? I hear it's good for on road handling...... Just worried about having extra parts to break (the attenuator). I only found a few reviews and videos of a drag link with an attenuator. I'm on 35s and the Jeep is mostly on road. We do trips to wheel like Moab and the Rubicon ect. So it sees Wheeling but is my daily driver. Thanks everyone.

Lol noted....... I'll chalk that vote in for a no........ Can you elaborate on the suck reason?

Why on earth would you want to spring load your drag link?? A solid front axle is sensitive enough to shimmys and wobbles as it is. I seriously dont get it.

Thanks guys, I'll look at a different company.

what's the reason you are looking for a new drag link? many on this site will tell you with experience the OEM drag link holds up pretty damned well. unless you just want to change which i get. i'm running the Fusion 4x4 drag link. but, there is lots of good ones out there that aren't gimmicky like steer smarts.

Awesome I'll look into them as well thank you. My drag link has a ton of flop and when the steering is rocked I can feel the bushings hitch and move around...... Pretty sure it's shot.

I hate turds on my Jeep, got any suggestions? I was looking at metalcloak as well. I hear Currie is good to.

Go with Currie. Metaljoke is good at marketing but their products dont back the marketing

another vote for fusion4x4. It is overkill and pretty expensive, but I already have their tie rod and wanted the drag link to match.

Fusion are great, but pricey. I’ve run one for two Seasons behind a big bore XDIIr and it hasn’t bent at all. OEM will bend like a wet noodle on rocks or sand if you’re running 35s or up and not running a hydro assist and that’s on a stock box, much less an upgraded one. I went thru 2. Call Bubba. He has both fusion and the sets he’s building and will explain the differences. Both are great.

Definitely look into pro steers for your ball joints. Good luck!

Really? I’ve bent one drag link in 70k plus miles. That was on 35’s. Never on 37’s and no hydro.

Both times going down ledge or hill with a hard 90 turn at the bottom. One was in soft sand at the blessing of the Jeeps in a course that they built. The other on rocks and mud at rocks and valleys. Backing up wasn’t much of an option in either scenario, all you could do was crank on the wheel to make the turn. The drag link couldn’t handle the stress of the weight of the Jeep on the front end and turning the larger tires. Might be a freak occurrence or asking too much of it, but since the fusion went on, it’s been in the same positions and no issues.
