Anyone know any shops that have star scan tools available other than going to the dealer?
I put a uconnect kit in mine and the starscan must be hooked up to enable it and jeep wants 110 bucks for something that takes less than 10 mins

Unfortunately, for something like this, you'll need to just have your dealership take care of it for you.
 
Called 3 jeep dealerships about it and 2 wanted 120 bucks to do it and the other only wants 55 so I think I will just have them do it
