I know both are stamped steel bumpers but I am interested if anyone has compared them side-by-side.

Spartacus or Tactik Bumpers?

I found out that the Spartacus bumper end caps are removable just like the Tactik.
Looking at the two images you provided I would have to say that I think the Tactik must be made by Rugged Ridge for Quadratec as the center sections are identical!
Knowing that, I think I will start looking for a deal on the Spartacus as I like the way the end caps come up to meet the wheel flares (plus if I end up not liking it I can remove the end caps and have a stubby).
