Soft top velcro

The velcro on my soft top isnt sticking very well and the top is fairly new. Is there any way to fix this problem.

Is it under warranty? If so send it back. I had to have a zipper replaced, it cost $75 id say the velcro would be cheaper

I wish it was but its not. The top is in good shape just the velcro is all fluffy and wont stick anymore
