Soft top for a hard top trade..............thoughts???

I did a soft top for hard top trade... One of the best mods i've done. No more worries about zippers and all. I think it'll pay off come winter time. Oh, and no wind noise!
 
If your Jeep did not come with a hard top originally then it will be missing the wiring harness for the hard top. This means no rear wiper or defroster. Its a pain in the butt to put in that harness if you have no experience with wiring
 
I didn't get the hardness, and I don't plan to. You don't have wipers on a soft top, so you won't be missing anything by not having wipers.
 
Yeah, that was pretty much my thought on that. But I'm glad he brought it up. I figured it was just a plug and play deal.
 
I have a 2012 hard top for sale if your interested. I'm not looking to trade though. Just FYI. I'm about 20 miles southwest of Houston.
