Small coolant leak jeep is running at normal temps but has a leak at the three-way connection driver side front of the engine.

Hi all.

hope yall are having a good father's day anywho my wife's 18 julr is pushing a little coolant out at the three way connection that has to normal size coolant and one small coolant hose on top I think it's going to the egr cooler. Has anyone else had a leak from this connection? Thanks for any and all help.

are you able to feel the hose, does it feel soft? looks like it's been leaking for awhile.

Does the hose clamp look like it's in the right spot to create a tight seal?

I put a new hose clamp on it the screw kind the hose felt deteriorate flimsy

I'd replace the hose.
If the new clamp creates a better seal, the soft weak spot will be the point of failure.
