Shipping UPS Ground Takes Time - PLEASE BE PATIENT

I just wanted to remind everyone here that when it comes to shipping things like ACC BAR's, we do it using UPS Ground. As in, it travels by rail and or truck - not airplanes. In other words, if you live clear across the country, it may take a few days to get especially if you place your order just ahead of a weekend.

For example, I just got the following email from a customer that placed his order on Thursday the 6th. And I should note, I shipped it on the same day.

Being that this order was placed just ahead of a weekend and that he lives in Florida, it may take some time to get. And to be clear, we are NOT UPS. So, if you check your tracking number and it states "on the way", please be patient and trust that it is actually ON THE WAY and that we have no control over when it will actually get to you.

Just sell via Amazon and make sure that the ACC bar is stocked in Amazon warehouses in every major city in the nation so it is "shipped by Amazon" with overnight delivery. This plan can not fail. 😂
 
Dude it amazes me that people can be at the level of buying stuff on the internet, and still don’t understand that logistics companies can just completely fuck up an order and there is nothing you can do but follow the rules and wait.

That’s hilarious they sent you a tracking number 😆
