Service Blind Spot System

I’ve got a 2012 Jeep GC Overland. Initially the driver side mirror was detecting stuff like trees, structures, etc. Found it annoying after a while so I turned it off. I’ve turned it back on and now both mirrors are constantly lit and an error pops up now “Service Blind Spot System”.

Anyone have any ideas as to what is causing this?

Also, can the Blind Spot System be rest?

The actual sensors are I. The rear bumper sides. Have you hit your rear bumper on anything?
