San Rafael Swell Wheelin

My brother and I decided to go back to the San Rafael Swell after wheeling The Devil's Racetrack there on our way home from Moab last week-end. Our wives had other plans so we camped out along the trails. We live about 350 miles from the area and left home early so we could do the Eva Conover Trail on our way to the first campsite on Thursday. We camped along the Swazy's Cabin Trail that night. On Friday we did the Behind the Reef Trail where my brother punctured a sidewall near the end of that loop trail. We plugged it and backtracked out to an easy trail bailout and camped near the exit 131 on I 70. Saturday we did the easy Buckhorn Draw trail and the to Price for a tire and then drove home. We had planned to stay until Sunday, so we left some trails to explore next time. Some photos below. One of the shots shows the Swazy's Cabin trail passing under I 70 and there are some shots of both our campsites. This area sees more motorcycle, ATV and UTV use than Jeeps based on our experience there.
