Honestly, there isn't a Rubicon specific spring. Shocks, yes. But yeah, newer is better.

I just put my 2012 Rubicon shocks on my dads 2014 JK Sport. Much better control.

Just gave all that away a couple months ago. Shouldn't be hard to find these items. Most people are giving them away. You could always try an off-road shop as they just throw all that away.
