Rubicon 2004 rough moving.

Hi, I barely bought w 2004 TJ Rubicon, automatic and stock, I replace the shocks and brakes, two ball joins and one u join, I check all fluids, t case, tranny, engine, and diff. But, when I'm going in reverse I feel like the car is moving hardly, like making an effort, someone told me it could be that the drive shaft for my four wheel drive could be still engage, I put in in4hi, neutral, 4low and normal, but still the same, my that even told me that he felt the car was moving rough. What could it be? Help please.

I would start by jacking it up on all four corners, put it in neutral, and spin each wheel by hand. See if anything is binding.
